Bikaze (bikaze.com) is operated by Ayoub El Grini, based in Prague, Czech Republic (“Bikaze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use the site.

Informational use only

Our trail guides, gear reviews, maintenance guides, and skills articles are provided for general informational purposes. They are not professional coaching, mechanical certification, or medical advice, and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional who knows your bike, your ability, and the trail you’re riding.

Riding risk and trail information

Mountain biking carries real risk of injury. Trail difficulty, access rules, and conditions can change without notice. Always verify current conditions with the relevant trail authority, ride within your ability, wear appropriate protective equipment, and use your own judgment. Bikaze is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from following a trail guide, skills tutorial, or any other content on this site.

Gear and maintenance guidance

Maintenance and repair guides are provided for general education. Always check your component or bike manufacturer’s current specifications before making adjustments, and consult a certified mechanic for anything beyond your confidence or experience. Improperly maintained equipment can fail and cause injury.

Intellectual property

The site and its original text, photographs, graphics, and layout are owned by Ayoub El Grini and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may save or print a copy for personal, non-commercial use. You may link to a public page, but you may not republish a full article, guide, or photo without written permission.

Feedback and submissions

If you send feedback, suggestions, or corrections, you give us permission to use them to operate and improve Bikaze without compensation or attribution. You remain responsible for what you submit.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale without permission, or use Bikaze for unlawful or abusive activity.

Advertising and affiliate links

Bikaze does not currently run advertising or affiliate links. If that changes, this section and our Advertising, Affiliate & Cookie Disclosure will be updated, and any compensation will be disclosed where relevant.

Third-party links

The site may link to services we don’t control (for example, trail-mapping tools, manufacturer sites, or retailers). We’re not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bikaze and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise the site will always be accurate, complete, or error-free, or that any guide will produce a particular result on your specific trail or bike.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayoub El Grini will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including personal injury arising from riding, maintenance, or other activity undertaken based on this site’s content — arising from your use of Bikaze. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that cannot be waived.
